One problem with having the person who ran the post office as your Secret Santa recipient was the logistics of getting it delivered without them knowing. Thankfully, Summer also had the power of a squirrel with a crush on her on her side.

So at some point on Sunday, as Summer started to get her affairs back in order after the whole ridiculous snowmonster fun of the last week, she arranged to have a special squirrel delivery of her gift to Éponine. She'd mentioned Paris and being hungry in their conversation, and that stuck with her enough to send some treats that she was tempted to keep for herself, as well as a dumb little sign that was almost too stupid and cheesy to pass up.

She would have sent some jello, but that would have just given it away.
